One of the full service solutions that we provide is our Vendor Managed Inventory Program.  We are able to help our Customers reduce their handling and warehousing costs through the use of a 2-Bin System that we are responsible for manufacturing parts and stocking the bins on a regular basis.

AP Enterprises is currently providing a Vendor Managed Inventory Program to a large equipment manufacturer in the North Texas area.  Twice a week we take inventory and deliver machined parts for their various assembly lines.
